The fun has begun!

The demolition of the old playground has begun.  It is very exciting and  a little unnerving to see our playground being pulled apart.

This is going to be where our swing apparatus go - and will be a flat surface from the top edge of the old sandpit.
This is looking down over the flat surface to our slides which take us down to the next level.
This is our mulch garden walking into our new sandpit and messy kitchen.
The top play structure stays and so do the side steps.
The digger will put the sand into the new sandpit and top it up and then the whole area will have astro turf placed on top of it.

Christmas Party 2016!!

Oh my golly gosh, we just had the best time at the Christmas party.  The weather was great, the bouncy castle was superb, there was face painting and delicious food and best of all Santa came to visit us!

We had a great turn out from parents and extended families and most importantly the children had a fantastic time.

Our very own Teacher Claire Xmas Tree 🎄

🎄🎄 At bubble time today we had a bit of a laugh decorating teacher Claire up as a christmas tree!!  She sat very still as we all took turns at choosing decorations to drape and hang from her branches, we loved the tinsel and made sure we covered her all up from head to toe to make her glitter and shine!!

Making our magic reindeer food!

We have been so busy getting ready for christmas!!   Today we made some reindeer food to sprinkle on our lawn Christmas Eve, this will help guide them to our house and keep them re-fuelled and full of energy to last their busy night.  They have a very important job to do helping Santa deliver all the presents to all the boys and girls around the world.  We hope they like it!!  Just add a few carrots and don't forget a little something for Santa too!

Pine cone xmas tree's!!

Design your own costume!!

Our busy little Uxbridge designers have been so creative with their very own costume made from an item of clothing.
They have had lots of brightly coloured resources to stick on with various different textures using the glue guns.  Some have decided to paint onto their garment, stick stickers, feathers and bottle caps with the results often looking like a brought one!  Who knows - maybe we have a budding fashion designer in our midst......
Everyone felt so proud once they had finished their item, some deciding to wear them straight away.

Well done everyone!
