Dancing fun with JD Studio's

🌟 A Big Thank You to JD Studios!

We were thrilled to welcome JD Studios into our community today as they continued sharing their passion for dance and music with little movers across the region. It was finally our turn — and what an incredible experience it was.

Our tamariki had an absolute blast:

🦖 Stomping like dinosaurs ✨ Letting their sparkle shine 🏴‍☠️ Becoming pirates as they navigated north, south, east, and west

The session was the perfect blend of fun and learning. Through movement, the children explored:

• Coordination and balance

• Directional language

• Following instructions

• Listening and movement skills

The joy, laughter, and energy in the room said it all. We’re so grateful to JD Studios for bringing such creativity, enthusiasm, and magic to our day.

Easter Party 2026!

 There was much anticipation in the week before our Easter party as we wrote many letters to the Easter bunny and buzzed in the excitement about his upcoming visit to Uxbridge. It certainly was well worth the wait.....The Easter Bunny did not disappoint!! He came full of high fives, hugs, and poses for the photos and brought us a special Easter Bunny Bag filled with treats, and bunny ears! There was a fun a vibe across the Centre with decorations and face painting and a great sense of togetherness and belonging was felt by all as we celebrated as one big Uxbridge Whānau. We shared a yummy dinner of pizza and chippies and raffled off some amazing prizes with the support of the wider community.
