We had a wonderful morning on Wednesday exploring our local community and celebrating Matariki with our whanau and friends. We started at the Marae singing a new waitata and welcoming some other local tamariki onto the Marae. We shared some morning tea in the hall before moving into the Uxbridge theatre where we watched a short video about the stars of Matariki. Our last stop was at the library where we enjoyed some dancing and a puppet story of 'Little Kiwi's Matariki'!
