Halloween at Kindy

 Halloween at Kindy

At Uxbridge we celebrate our non-spooky halloween every year.  This day was full of a range of provocations.  We had the slimiest slime that was pink color, and smelt like strawberries that you could ever imagine, with bugs, creepy crawlies and a few eyeballs !.  The children who loved the texture were mesmerized as they were trying to scoop the slime into small pumpkins.. This was a tricky task as the children had to use all their muscles in their fingers to try and catch the slime.

Some of the children and teachers dressed up in all sorts of costumes, from super heroes, fairies, mermaids, monsters, pirates, witches and much more.

The playdough was bright orange, and the block room was set up with fairy lights, the light box, with the lights off.

We read lots of books and sung lots of songs and teacher Jojo did some amazing face paint.

Thank you  to everyone for such a joyful day.
