Our Paper Mache Project!

First we had to make the  recipe for the Glue. Then we had to rip the newspaper and stick it to our balloons. When the paste was made and following on from the instructions proudly shared  by Gareth, we applied this to our balloons (because this was popular Liz , blew up a few).  The paste was mainly applied with our fingers and hands, with some  children preferring to use a paintbrush.  Next we had to wait for our mache to dry before we could add the next layer.  This has been quite a long project .  Being winter it has taken a while to dry . As well as the colds and winter chills that are part of winter.
