Red day was so much fun! We not only had a special message for the ones we love being Valentines Day but raised funds for the Healthy heart foundation too!! Thank you!!
With cards and flowers, red playdough, gloop, balloons, sand toys and more ...…. It was red and pink everywhere!!
Some friends brought in healthy options for morning tea, we had an array of rainbow fruit to enjoy. The watermelon was sooo juicy and the pineapple, oranges.... just delicious! Everyone was after seconds, what a healthy morning tea!
Then.... "Boom, boom, boom" ….. At mat-time we talked about where our heart is and how super important it is to look after it and have a healthy heart and after some vigorous exercise to some hearty fun songs we could feel our heart beating strong! Is our heart in our toes..... "No" everyone replied with a giggle. And after some warm down breathing exercises we listened to love splat. Splat the cat quite likes kitten in this story and made her a special Valentine card that said "I like you". It sent us all warm fuzzies!
