We have had such an exciting start to the year back at Uxbridge. The children have loved reconnecting with one another, sharing stories from their wonderful summer holidays, and strengthening friendships. They have been enthusiastically exploring a variety of play experiences, from storytelling, role play and creative arts to challenging themselves with new physical activities, gardening and music & movement.
We have noticed a growing interest in literacy, which we look forward to extending, alongside the children discovering and exploring some of our exciting new resources. A particular favourite has been Colby the coding mouse, as tamariki begin to explore STEM concepts through play.
It has been so lovely to see our tamariki supporting and welcoming the new children who have joined us this year... ka pai! what kind and caring friends you are. We are excited to watch new friendships continue to grow and to see all the amazing discoveries that lie ahead.
