Celebrating NZ Samoan Language Week
Talofa Lava! Last week our Tamariki were busy embracing the Samoan culture for NZ Samoan Language Week. We made artwork to create our own Siapo (Tapa cloth) and will join these together to make one big collaborative cloth to hang upon our wall. We have learnt to say Hello - Talofa Lava, made some beautiful Lei and lovingly cooked, prepared and indulged in some Sapasui -A Samoan dish.
