Chris brought in a real live fish for us to check out!! The man at the fish shop was kind enough to fillet it (for Chris's tea) then glad wrap the left over carcus, so she could bring it in to kindy for us to investigate a little closer. What an experience, a fish at Kindy!! We were all a little curious to see what it felt like, we couldn't wait to look and touch it, the eyes were a little squishy and it was a little bit stinky and his tail was kind of hard, Ewwww!! was the common outcome
"Is this a real fish" "Why are his eyes soft" "Why has it got blood" "Where did it come from"
These were some really good questions we had to think about...
