Springtime is here and the sun has been out!! So off we went to the plant barn again for some new things to grow in our garden. Our winter garden finally sprouted up our purple brocolli (which actually turned green when we cooked it??) and we made and enjoyed the most yummiest broccoli and cauliflower cheese bake ever, so delicious!! Then it was time for the our new planting and thanks to my helpful friends this morning we turned over the soil, dug the holes and planted some fresh produce - lettuce, tomatoes and beans! The cards have said they will take about 8-10 weeks to grow, so hopefully for us, that will mean before xmas!!
