Our Respect Jar is full of pom poms, what an achievement! We are so super super proud of you Uxbridge children!! The respect Jar was brought in to highlight and bring awareness around respectful behaviour. Looking after our toys, our environment, putting things back where they belong, looking after our friends, being kind and caring, listening, taking turns, sharing are all displays of respectful behaviour and we have had a lot of conversations around this. Each display of respectful behaviour is rewarded with a pom pom that goes into a jar and when the jar is full we get to plan a special day, visitor or treat.
Our first treat by group vote was to have a popcorn, movie, marshmallow and hot chocolate day! Everyone was pretty excited about that! An episode of PJ Masks at bubble time with our movie treats was indeed the best! Keep up the great work and we will look forward to another fun day!
So nice to see the kids pick their own reward too :) Awesome work on respectful behaviour Uxbridge kiddies!
