This year Uxbridge Kindy is really wanting to get the children out and about in the community, as we know that our community has has so much to offer as a learning experience. We had the opportunity to visit the Fencible lounge , where the Rotary Club has set up a gallery showing local schools art work relating to ANZAC DAY.
All the children were on a Poppy hunt as we walked we spotted many different poppies in the shop window's on the street flags and as well as a beautiful poppy field set up for the parade to remember the ANZAC Soldiers.
We made a huge wreath decorated with our poppy art and shared this with our local community.
